About Me

I’m Xandi Frohne, a systemic coach and family systems consultant. I’m interested in people and what moves them – often quietly, sometimes with contradictions, always in their own unique way. My work is about pausing, recognising connections, and meeting yourself with greater clarity and kindness.

For many years, I worked in marketing and corporate environments, where communication, organisation, and working with people were central. After a professional break, one thing became very clear to me: what I missed most was genuine human connection. Listening. Sorting things out together – not on the surface, but where things begin to matter.

I consciously chose a solid systemic training path – first qualifying as a systemic business coach (DGSF), and later deepening my work as a family systems consultant (DGSF). What shaped me most along this journey was a personal experience: how profoundly a strengthened sense of self can change one’s life. Relationships become clearer, decisions more aligned, and the inner dialogue kinder.

Some things become clear when we pause for a moment.

My work is not about advice or quick solutions. I work systemically, honestly, and in a way that is grounded in everyday life. Together, we explore the connections between thoughts, emotions, relationships, and long-standing patterns – without blame and without pressure. For me, change grows out of awareness and trust in one’s own perceptions.

People often arrive with a very full head – and leave with a little more calm in their body. Not because everything is resolved, but because something has shifted into place. Sometimes it’s a single sentence, a new image, or the quiet relief of realising you’re not “odd,” just human.

This work isn’t about self-optimisation or learning how to function better. Quite the opposite: it’s about taking a moment where nothing needs to be achieved. For me, coaching is a shared process of sorting things out – attentive, warm, and at your own pace. With room for seriousness and for an honest laugh in between.

What matters to me is that my work feels safe. Less like a practice, more like a good conversation – warm, clear, and on equal footing. I take my work seriously; myself, not always.

I live with my husband and our two daughters near Lake Starnberg. Growing up as the youngest of four, I learned early how to mediate – first at the kitchen table, later in a more professional setting. I’m certainly not perfect at it. But I’ve learned that perfection isn’t the point.

I work in both German and English and support people in a way that fits their lives. What matters to me is that growth doesn’t feel heavy, but aligned – and that you don’t lose yourself in the process.

What my clients say

“Xandi helped me find my way back to myself with her open manner. I felt disoriented and couldn't find the right perspective. The coaching was purposeful and productive, and I felt truly understood at all times. Through Xandi's sensitive way of asking targeted questions, I gradually came closer to the answers myself. After just a few sessions, I had a better picture of myself. The strategies that Xandi laid out for me serve as a daily guide to a more relaxed and happier self. I am deeply grateful.”

“Pragmatic, empathetic, humorous, and highly professional.

I have completed several coaching sessions with Xandi and was completely satisfied every single time. She is a warm and approachable person – you immediately feel comfortable and well supported, which creates the ideal setting for coaching. Xandi works with practical exercises, asks exactly the right questions, and draws on a rich repertoire of metaphors and images that make insights tangible and lasting.

Xandi supported me greatly during a challenging transition period. I’m certain we will work together again in the near future – and I’m already looking forward to it.”
